A trip to the DMV brings an unexpected awakening. Some would call it a rebrand, but to Jamel it’s more of a return to center. Formerly known as Somb’r, Jamel Rashaun is a Central Florida-based alternative R&B artist. He dropped this skit with the announcement of his rebrand. No longer hiding behind a stage name, he now goes by his name given at birth.
